A Worthwhile Evening

Just returned from a poetry reading. Was asked to read there but didn't...deliberately
hadn't taken any poems with me. I am scheduled to be one of the two main poets at this
venue...next month...anyway. I am glad that I have arrived at the point in my artist's
life...when I can go to something like that...and not feel compelled to strut my stuff.
The thing I enjoyed most about this outing...was having some deep and wide ranging
conversations...with some good people. That made the evening worthwhile......Quester.
